Terms of Service

GENERAL

  • By commissioning me, you agree that you have read and accepted all the terms described in here.

  • I have the right to refuse your commission if I am not able to do it.

  • Commissioned artworks may be included in my portfolio (website, social media, etc).

  • I will always provide updates on every process of work development

PAYMENTS

  • PayPal (+5% fee)

  • For local, Transfer Bank, Dana, Shopeepay

  • Full Payment after rough sketch is approved

REVISIONS

  • I will give you the basic pose using a 3d model or rough sketch, and you can ask to change the pose until it fits.

  • No major revision after Rough sketch is approved.

  • You may only request minor revisions after the sketch is approved.

DEADLINES AND DELIVERY

  • The process takes 4-8 days or it can even take longer if there are many details of props/ accessories that must be drawn.

USE

  • commission is for personal use only

  • you may not use the commissioned art for commercial purposes, unless discussed

  • for now the use of content and streaming is free of additional charges (must include credit to me)

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

  • You may not claim the artwork as your own

REFUNDS

  • No Refund after rough sketch is approve
